There is something so special about capturing a little one’s second birthday, and Owen’s session was absolutely the sweetest! This adorable Wheel on the Bus themed second birthday photoshoot in the Nashville area was full of smiles, playful moments, and the cutest cake smash photos.

In-Home Studio Setup in the Nashville Area

For Owen’s session, I traveled to his home to create a cozy in-home studio setup, making the experience easy and comfortable for both him and his family. I set up a beautiful backdrop with a coordinating balloon arch, a themed smash cake, and the cutest cake topper to perfectly match his birthday theme.

To create that soft, professional studio look, I also brought in studio lighting so every detail would photograph beautifully. In-home sessions are perfect for little ones because they get to stay in a familiar space while still getting that polished studio feel.

The Wheel on the Bus birthday theme was such a fun and adorable choice for this milestone session. From the themed setup to the playful props, every detail came together perfectly for this special celebration.

We used a variety of props throughout the session to capture as many sweet moments as possible and create a gallery full of variety.

Owen was absolutely precious in front of the camera, giving us so many happy expressions and playful poses. One of my favorite parts of milestone sessions is seeing each little personality shine, and Owen’s joy truly lit up every photo.
